I doubt that they're "done".  An organization like that just doesn't hit something and call it quits from there.  They'll do other things for sure.

Well, they COULD be trying to catch everyone off-guard. You know, wait until everyone thinks this is all over and then strike when we're most vulnerable. That'll require us to keep vigilant.

They're not elaborate enough to work like that.  They don't take a website, let it think it's safe then strike like that.  They just come in, strike, then leave.
