Before this becomes to chatty, I'm going to ask you to stop posting here until it's necessary to do so again.

You know, I think there should be permanent warnings, which stick to one specific member forever. This could only be given to members who continous break the rules. This is like decreasing the amount of warnings for one member until they reach their limit. They can never be removed like normal warnings unless the admin. does so. Only the admin. can give these out, and must also consult the mods, too. This should help deal with spammers like medli was much quicker.

Um, on the chatboard, it says that SPAMMING is allowed, but does that mean the double posting and such is allowed, or is it excluxively spamming?

Yes, double posting is allowed on the Chatboard.

Basically, no rules apply to the Chatboard, except the swearing one, and insulting members.

Well, if you post continuously for thousands of time in one topic, you'll still get a warning.
