Well, to those who are reading this, I am glad you took the time to look at this. Now, let's get to business.

Here is the setting for the RPG. The location is a galaxy separated from Earth's by time and space. Space technology is spanning a new horizon, and war is brewing between the two strongest powers in the galaxy. For years the Hellvitca Empire and the Times Monarchy had been at peace. However, Chief Commander Greg "Lunatic" Strix has assured that the peace will be coming to an end. The Emperor Canani was getting sick and old, and Lunatic decided to take advantage of this weakness. He had the Emperor grant him total control while he was recovering, but the Emperor didn't realize that he wouldn't be recovering any time soon. It would take him many years before he would even start to recover. Lunatic decided to wage war upon the Times Monarchy, and he used the excuse that they were going to launch an attack first. The two major countries were separated by a third country Noman's Land, and it had no laws. However, do to the High Council decided to make galactic wide laws that every country must sign, or face all the force of the High Council military, certain laws are now forced on every country. Some major laws they created were: "Nobody is allowed to carry a weapon without a license, failure to obey will result in the confiscation of your weapon, and 5 years in solitary confinement or an appropriate fee" , "Thievery is illegal without a license, and is punishable by return of the stolen items, 10 years solitary confinement, and any payment(found reasonable the High Council) that the person/organization from whom the item(s) were stolen wishes to make the stealer(s) pay must be payed" , "Only robot's or auto-pilot programs approved by the High Council can be use, failure to do so will result in an appropriate fine" , "Slavery is illegal, with the exception of robots that are void of emotions serving others without payment; remember, before you report slavery, be smart enough to remember that slavery isn't servitude, even if payment isn't involved, after all, they could be serving of a favor" , "Murder is illegal without a license, with the exception of self-defense, and is punishable by a life sentence in a maximum security prison or a slow painful death administered by us, the High Council" , "Rape is illegal, and is punishable by forty years in a maximum security prison, or, if the person has raped a large number of people, than the punishment becomes a slow painful death administered by us, the High Council; if they get the forty year sentence, once they are free, they must report to a psychiatrist twice a month" , "kidnapping is illegal without High Council consent, and is punishable by hanging" , "holding anything at ransom is illegal without High Council consent, and is punishable by a live sentence in solitary confinement" , "conspiring to overthrow the High Council is punishable through death by firing squad" , "anarchy to any country's government is punishable by whatever means the country that is being conspired against wishes to use" , "corrupt rule is punishable through death by firing squad" , "all vehicles, people, and robots must be registered" , and many other unimportant rules. The High Council also decided that any punishment could be modified for better or for worse, or even nullified, during the trial of convicting a criminal. To enforce these rules, they formed both a military force to over throw disobeying countries, and a spy force catch criminals in the act.

So, anyways, Lunatic decided he was going to aim to achieve galactic domination by holding the chief solar system hostage, by gaining control of a weapon that could cause the sun to implode. The only reason the war was being waged was simply because he wanted to deflect the public eye from his plan of galactic domination, also, if they managed inflict heavy loses upon the Times Monarchy, they would have less of a possibility of stopping Lunatic later down the road. Lunatic joined forces with Grand Visor Thomas Petty of the Times Monarchy because Thomas would grant him aid in his quest for Galactic Domination, even though, in the public eye, they were sworn enemies. So the war between the two counties had began about two years ago. All three countries were on one of 4 moons that surrounded E-reqienntas, a gas planet. The rest of the moon is ungoverned, and mostly wilderness, with a tribe here or there. Three of the four moons were capable of sustaining life, E1, E2, and E4. To inform you, the moon that these three countries are on is E2, and it is mostly a lush planet, with random blotches of arctic wastelands or desert. E2 is part of the "Key Solar System" in which the High Council resides. The Key Solar System has four experimental heat fields that surround four different planets. These heat fields make a planet that would be incapable of sustaining life, do to temperatures too high or too low, capable of sustaining life by making the heat between a zone of 20 degees Fahrenheit and 80 degees Fahrenheit, using a group of satellites. Sometimes, different regions of the planet with have different temperatures. Also, do to a magic force credited as High Law, mages were able to casts spells over a planet to make the gravitational pole of a planet capable of sustaining life as well, because before this happened, some planets had gravitational poles so powerful, it would cause instant death just falling into the planets pole.

The Key Soler System had a protection system called "The Ring of Metal" which surrounded the sun, and the two closest planets to the sun. These planets and their 5 moons, one with two, one with three, don't need heat fields because the temperatures were already acceptable. The base of the High Council resides on one of those planets, and the rest of the live sustaining surface area belonged to whoever could pay enough money to own it, usually large companies that produced weaponry. Some moons belong to criminal organizations who payed the High Council to turn a blind eye. "The Ring of Metal" is a huge metal ring that surrounds the said locations, but it turns out that this metal ring produces a force field , creating a spherical shield around the said area. Only those who are authorized may enter, usually authorization is given to those who know the secret code that changes everyday. However, there are key cards for those who forget the code. Both the Hellvitica Empire and the Times Monarchy have there own colonies within the Ring of Metal, and in other places around the galaxy as well.

Of course, the galaxy is filled with bounty hunters, alien species, mercenaries, power hungry criminals, average joes, mages, mechanics, rebels, underground gangs, and people devoted to their religion. Just to touch up some facts I may have left out, do to the power of High Law, many people are inspired that there is some higher power controlling everything, thus leading to the creation of several different religions, each with a different god/different gods. Also, seeing the corruptness of the Hellvitica Empire, the Times Monarchy, and even the partial corruptness of the High Council, a resistance movement has begun, simply called the Reef Resistance. They don't wish to overthrow the Hellvitica Empire, or any of the others, they simply wish to stop the corrupt activity. They also want to start a country of their own, which would Democracy. However, the corrupt politicians wish to stop their resistance, calling them anarchists, and now, if any of them are found, they are to be brought before the High Council to face their punishment. They have a secret symbol that they preform to find out if there are any other members around them. They tap the nearest surface with their left index finger quitely. If they see others doing the same, than they lightly pound the same surface with their fist, and if they see others doing the same, then they know they are not alone. The only people who know the secret code who wish to capture these people are high up members of the secret police(hint: Don't god-mod and say that you know somebody is part of the resistance, unless I give your character permission).

So, in general, that is current circumstance. Feel free to make as many characters as you wish, and feel free to have them work for whoever you want. Like you could have a character, who was part of the Hellvitica Empire, one who is part of the Times Monarchy, and yet another one who is a bounty hunter. Technology is practically limitless. This topic will be a location to put down information about your character, and yes, you can have characters who are aliens and robots. Also, there are many different languages throughout the galaxy, but there is a common language that everybody knows.

Biography: Pulled from Earth of age of fifteen by daughter of the Reef leader George Callizee, Halley Callizee. He learned that he already knew the common language that everybody in the Galaxy knows. She gave him a weapon had said that she would be keeping an eye on him. She also brought him here because supposedly, he was the "Chosen One." By then, the war had been going on for a year, and she explained everything that was happening, and she even knew Lunatic's true plan. She left him in the middle of the slums of No Man's Land. Where she decided that he should get a weapon's license, that way he could legally be carrying a weapon. Then, he should become a Mercenary, and try to get hired for a week a month job as a border guard for Hellvitica, because it was a simple easy, just below well paid job. Currently, he is still working once a week out of every month.

Biography:Born of George Callizee and Rachel Callizee, she was born with wings, just like her parents. Also just like he parents, she possessed a far quantity of magic, and was able to absorb her wings into her body and regrow them in a matter of seconds. She realized as quickly as she could think for herself that she was born into a rebellious community, and that if she were caught, she would face a slow painful death. When she was roughly sixteen she was sent on a mission to retrieve the "Chosen One" from Earth. She succeeded, and she, along with her parents, briefed Xander on the situation. They told him to become a mercenary, which he did, and then to apply to join the Hellvitica Empire as a border guard, which he did as well. Finally, she gave him he 10 shot pistol, and a handful of money, and advised him to get his weapon license, which he did first. Overtime, she bonded a strong friendship with him. Then, about a month ago, her father and mother were killed by the growing Hellvitica power. Since he father who was commander and chief of the Reef Resistance, the title fell to his second in command, his wife, who was dead as well, then, it went to a key warrior for the cause, and he passed it to her, because he believed Halley deserved it. Several people at Reef thinks she has a crush on Alex, but that has yet to be proved.

Biography: His early a but a dream, as crime lords so discovered he had several unique talents. A) He could communicate with wolfs, B)He could transform into either a wolf, or a werewolf with opposable thumbs, and C) He was exceptionally well at sniping. He was shuffled from one military force to another, when finally the crime lords who controlled him made a mistake. They gave him to the Black Animals, a team of mercenaries. There was six of them, including Desert Wolf, as they called him. They paid him money to stay with them, forever. The members were: Chaos Phoenix(Mage and leader), Dark Eagle(Ace Pilot), Desert Wolf(Head Sniper), Raging Bear(Demolition Expert), Diabolical Unicorn(Strategist), Sinister Dragon(Melee Expert). Each one was not only capable of communicating with the animal they were named after, but they were capable of transforming either the animal it self, or a humanoid version of the animal. When they decided to do a mission for Evron, Desert Wolf deflected. He quickly met Xander, and decided to join him in his quest, and eventually, he joined Reef in their quest as well.

Planet(P) Giphone of KSS:A fairly large planet, it is mainly filled with territories ruled by Hellvitica and Times, the rest is mainly wilderness. It is a savana planet.

M G2 of KSS:An underground smuggling base controlled by Lord Evron Shadow
The Planet of the High Council of KSS: A large planet covered with deserts, six country size cities cover the 5/18ths of the country, and small villages cover another 2/18ths, it and it's moons are in the Ring of Metal
Moon of the planet of the High Council of KSS: Covered in factories, owned by the leading Technology Foundation, the United Alcovin Foundation
P Zalon of KSS: Another desert planet owned by the High Council, except this is were they manufacture, research, and train, were as the other planet was used for there political dealings, it and it's moons are in the Ring of Metal

Hellvitic Empire: A growing empire, the emperor is in a sicking state, and, instead of giving his power to his weak son, he gave it to his Chief Commander, Greg Strix, but Strix had diabolical plans to do with the power
Times Monarchy: King Cody is so vain, he is so busy taking care of himself, he gave most of his power to his Grand Visor Thomas Petty

Shadow Force: Few realize that neither Greg Strix or Thomas Petty are the most powerful men in the galaxy, the most powerful man in the galaxy is Evron Shadow. If anybody were to gain Galactic Domination, it would be him. He is possibly is the being with the most magical talent; he built well over 100 factories dedicated to building clones for him to inhabit if he were to die, each one house around a thousand clones; it turns out they come in handy even if he isn't using them as bodies to inhabit later. He has been building an army of cutlass pirates, and freelance mercenaries, however, he is currently not hiring anybody as of now

The Tranquil Pirates: A large group of space pirates, not called tranquil because they were peaceful, which they weren't; called tranquil because of their boss Lord Ciphon Tranquil, who lives a double life as a Times Monarchy vassal as well, he gave some of his soldiers to Evron
