heres mine:
Dragolath:a villain in a zelda manga im making. he ounce attempted to take the land of Hyrule for his own before it was even Hyrule. A hero stepped forward with an army of dragons on his side. The hero and lead dragon punished him by turning him into a dragon-human.centuries later he has taken advantage his curse and turned to his power.He came back to Hyrule with the same goal:to take over the land.
now thats a villain! ;D

And I sincerely doubt being a dragon-human is a punishment.  If that happened to me, I'd be all like, "Woot!  Upgrade!  Thank you!"

Being half dragon is awsome, not a curse. Just look how powerful Onaga from the MK games was.

Okay, my character is the illegitimate lovechild of Ganondorf and Sephiroth. His name is X.A.N.A.T.O.S.. He has the ability to destroy entire planets merely with his thoughts. He also wields a 12-foot long Keyblade more powerful than the Master Sword. He is constantly tormented of the thought of his girlfriend's death at the hands of his fathers and vows to avenge her by destroying the universe one planet at a time.

His vast trek across the universe has brought him to the realm of Hyrule, but only one "Hero" has the "Time" to stop him from destroying it.

But what's the point of having a villain that's just a carbon-copy of another in the same series?

basically he not totally the same as Ganon.
1. he actually knows what he's doing half the time not just swinging his sword at random objects.
2. he is'nt a pig. serously! a pig ::)
3. he can breath fire.
4. he can fly ;D

Ok.  But what are his motives?  What's his personality?

ok basically his look over things are way different:
1. he could care less about the triforce. he's the last one in the manga to find out he even has the triforce of power.
2. he wants to change everyone in Hyrule to be his brainless dragon zombie slave people.
3. he wants enough power to enter the realm of the gods and take over turning them into slaves, but he has to take over Hyrule to do that.
4. he wants to literally eat Link alive and take Zelda for himself and have a bunch of little dragon people baby things

I cannot remember any villain that actually wanted to eat the hero.  So for now, I'll have to give you a point for that.
