medli

u didn't comment my little thing i just did!

Davros

Are you sure you are fighting the real boss TP zelda? If you are facing a white robed creature that looks like a member of the KKK with flaming swords that is the mini boss that you need to kill to get the light arrows. Simply stock up on fairys and slash away while wearing the bunny hood. You need to be fast as every now and then he flies into the air and dives at you. Roll out of the way and continue to slash. The real final boss is suspiciously easier. Just put on the giants mask that can be found in the stone tower when you turn it upside down. This makes you huge and you just have to hit the Twinmold's tails as the dive in and out of the sand.

Twinmolds easy with Fierce Deity's Mask  ;D

Davros

Yeah but you need to have defeated the Twinmold at least once to get the Fierce deitys mask ::)

MagmarFire

I find it easy to drink Chateau Romani before you fight Twinmold.

Advanceshipping and Rion had better be Chuck Norris approved.

Hi no Seijin

Getting back on topic, Oni, or the Fierce Deity, could've been called fierce because he fiercely fought off evil.  When fighting Majora, both of them got their essences locked into a mask.  I'm aware that the name Oni is associated with evil, but I would like to point out that the oni were once considered good luck or something like that in Japanese culture.  Look it up on Wikipedia; that's where I read this little tidbit of info.

Okay, if "Oni" was supposed to be good luck, why did Nintendo contradict that?

Perhaps it's a little clue as to where the masks originate. After all, it may be good luck, but good luck for whom? ( Also what is the sound of three hands clapping and if a tree falls down and none is there to hear it what colour is it?)

Whats the sound of a mental patient making comedy? listen to me and find out.
also, the colour is Purple.

Hi no Seijin

Oni were once considered good luck.  Now they are omens of bad luck, but parades in Japan still have people dressed as oni to scare them away.  So the Japanese already contradicted themselves; Nintendo didn't need to do that.  Davros also made a good point.  Good luck for whom?  Obviously, good luck for Link.

Or Majora, supposedly. I guess it's a mystery.

Hardly good luck for Majora's mask, he gets ripped to tiny pieces by large magic bolts of doom flung out of a sword.
