Calling out

If people have issues with the way I run the forum and apply the rules, please address them here and I will answer your questions.

First: my spiel.

I am NOT attempting to be a jerk. if I see rule violations, it is my job to cal them out and warn those who have broken the rules. I'm sorry if it hurts your feelings or makes you think I'm a bully. I'm NOT, I am a moderator, and as such it is my duty to MODERATE.

I do not act randomly. Notice I never break my own rules, hoping to set an example for others. Rather, I expect from you the same I expect of myself, to create an atmosphere here that is conducive to fun and great discussion of the Zelda series.

If you think I am being mean, go to one of the big Zelda forums and triple post or post only "lol" as a reply and see how differently you are treated. I am not some wacked tyrant, I am doing this for YOU.

I am genuinely interested in the honest opinions of all forum participants, and whether you agree or disagree with how I run the Forums. I will not retaliate against anyone who speaks against my tenure. I want honest discussion.

I'd rather use the forums here then at ZU because its less strict here

and i've never had an Admin. do something for me and  help me out immediatly on any othe site but this.

ye i agree , but why is double posting such a major problem? i can undestand when people seriosly abuse it , like typing 'lol' again and again over 30 posts , but if its just 2 i dont see the problem?

ye i agree , but why is double posting such a major problem?

It tends to clutter a page, annoy some visitors, and taint post counts. I can see the argument that it is not that big of a deal on a forum like this where there is no reward for posting, but overall I think its best in the end to discourage it.
