My dad's old work buddy shot himself yesterday morning, so yea, there is another death that is close to this family, too many in fact... I know like three people that have died this year. :'( I hate that feeling...

MagmarFire

Geez, and after that deadly crash into the Coffee Shop, too... Deaths like that suck. Believe it. ???

Advanceshipping and Rion had better be Chuck Norris approved.

JDog

oh, right, forgot about that one, turns out like two people died in that one instead of only one, my friend April marshal was working at that place at the time, I'm glade she didn't get hurt...

Fishalicious

We were just talking about how a lot of people died this year at the dinner table.

My aunt, her uncle, my cat, my friend's Grandmother... Wow, this is just a bad year. D:

JDog

yea, I really hope next year will be better, less death's and jerks around, thats what I hope for, but yea, doubt it.

Mysterious F.

I don't have that many relatives, and I only know a few of my relatives' friends, so deaths are rare for my family.

JDog

Well, I have alot, so yea, there is almost someone in my family dieing or someone close to my family dieing every 4 years or so. at least thats how its been these past few years.

I hate it when people die. It always seen like the ones that deserve it are still out there while the ones that dont get the crappy end of the stick. But once it happens I try not to think of it as a bad thing and more of a, well at least they're in a better place now. Where ever your beleifs take you.

My great aunt Stella, who lives (or lived) in Norht Carolina died a while ago. She was really nice.  :( And Tourette's Guy, this one guy on this one internet video series died in a car crash. It's a shame, he was so funny.

Fishalicious

Most people don't like being told "they're in a better place now" after someone dies, mostly because quite a few of them will either be selfish and say that they were better off with the non-deceased (in the case of my English teacher) or they would say that the person liked their company more than being dead.

Uhhh, yeah. Honestly, though, I don't like to think of death as being bad. I mean, my cat Clarence, aged to a ripe old eighteen when he died... he died, and I was mourning, but not that sad. It was just his time to go, you know?

JDog

Well, I guess its gotta happen sometime, but I sure don't like the thought of it.

Fishalicious

Of course you don't. You can't accomplish anything while you're dead, after all. It's not so much liking death so much as it's accepting that it has to happen.

I love how Socrates put it. If you die and lived a good life, there are two possibilities: One, there is no afterlife after all, and it's just an eternal sleep where you won't feel anything, or two, there is an afterlife and you'll get to see all the famous figures and learn from them...
