Yes I have and there used to be one but the guy who made it stopped updating it and shut it down and all I have been finding are those crappy single player byond pc zelda games. :'(

I've no knowledge of an MMORPG fanmade Zelda game. However, the closest thing to that, as far as I know, would be HA2. I don't think it's what you're looking for, though.
