i believe that ganon is still locked in the sacred relm , and all the sages are aware of their powers now.
even tho time has reverted , the magic that locked ganon away and the power inside the sages is still there and hasnt gone back. zelda only sent link back because he had lost his childhood in the 7 years and wanted 2 give it back. ganon was still locked 'safely' away and his minions defeated. all was peaseful in hyrule in those 7 years

good point, surley not even Zelda would finaly beat him an then turn back time so he'd be free. I think she just returned the land to the way it was and link. Evry1 else just stayed normal.

Not really. The Door of Time is open. That means Link returns to after Ganon has entered the Golden Land. That way he's trapped there.

Fado is also that girl who give you the saw in OoT, and that guy who lets the goats out in TP. Seems like Fado is a unisexual name.

As for that girl, there are theories that she's Mido's sister. If you talk to her with the masks she'll give you hints that makes the theory possible.
