Well since I got Jonathan Nellis soul from ZV I dont need a contract. I just used a contract to get Pidgeon and Hi no Senjin's soul, and thats all I have currently. And yes, I own HNS' fake second soul.

There is no proof. Unfortunatly the Soul Collecting for Dummys book was lost trillions of years ago. But I suppose it can be done either way, with or without a contract.
