To post images on the forum, use IMG tags.

First, take the picture you  have, and go to the address and copy it (it should end with .gif .png or some other image file) then put <img> [web address here] </img> if it doesn't show up initially, then you should go back to the picture and right click it and select 'view image', then copy and paste THAT address.

of course, img, and all other tags, work like this: [tag] [/tag] with brackets.
