It depends on how graphic it is, HNS. GTA isn't really that graphic, all things considered.

In Silent Hill, there are these little penguin/shadow things that are just adorable. They look like children, and were originally meant to have knives/attack you.

Unfortunately, they edited the attacking thing out, so they're just these cute little shadow things that run up to you and squeak if you do anything to them. In some versions, the things are completely cut out and replaced with different monsters.

The reason they took them out is because they didn't want you to kill children.

So if Silent Hill couldn't kill babies, I... uh, don't think they'd let you. (granted, there is a two headed baby monster in the fourth game. It doesn't look enough like a child to be censored, apparently.)

Of course, Silent Hill is a wee bit graphic, which may have something to do with it. (I'm not sure about the first game, though.)

Well, yeah, but I would think that the people rating games would figure that a human life is a human life, no matter how old the person or what they do.

This sort of confusion is why I prefer to live in my own little world most of the time.

P.S.  Bravo, you knew I was referring to GTA.  Then again, just how many games do have hookers in them?  Does Wikipedia have a list on that?
