I still have a few months of reading before I get around to It.

Right now I'm reading "Emily", it's a short romance novel, lately I lack the urge to read anything big v-v
Eventually I want to finish reading "heart of darkness" which I started but it's very tough reading. It explores good and evil in humans, that sort of thing, very iconic.

I'm also part way through "Jane Eyre" and "The Truth" I am awful about starting books and not finishing them.
I recommend Terry Pratchett to everyone, his are among few books that have made me laugh out loud.

I'm reading Jane Eyre as well. It's interesting.

The book I'm rwading is the 1090 page ballad known as It, by Stephen King. Andf might I tell all of you, i have a newfound fear of clowns.

Basically I made this topic to see if anybody else could recommend me a book to read, preferably of the horror genre.

And you can also discuss Stephen King/It/A fear of clowns here.
I heard the movie to that book was really scary... heck, I heard the book was really scary... I'm not a huge fan of scary movies/books.

Fishalicious

The movie of it isn't that scary NOW, because of the laughable special effects. But it's like the music video to Thriller- for the time, it made you crap your pants.

Back on subject, I've checked out three books at school this morning. I'm reading (and almost done with) "Acceleration" by Graham McNamee. It's about a serial killer's diary... it's neat because you get to read some things about his past/get inside his head.

I also got "13 reasons why" by Jay Asher. I have yet to read it, but it's about a girl who killed herself... and then two weeks later, she sends people packages with cassette tapes explaining WHY she killed herself.

And Alane Ferguson's forensic mysteries seem promising. I'm going to read "Angel of Death" soon.

I'm reading Eldest right now. Its really good. but really really long. lol. I tried watching It once, and it was really scary to me.

DW

You should be scared. It's not out yet, so the cops would come after you for watching it this soon.

Dude, I think you missed the joke.

Or maybe I'm missing something.  I'm really hating the English language right now.
