JDog, it's not that we don't have faith or are committed to your failure.  It's just the same old song and dance.

There's a difference between being frank, and being a jerk.  I doubt anyone on this topic is trying to be a jerk.  

The best thing I can recommend is, prove us wrong.  If your forum turns out to be the booming success you think it will be, it would hardly make much of a difference if a couple members from this site join.  In which case, if that holds true, then you can report back here and I'm sure people will apologize.

And that's what I want you to keep in mind.  Prove us wrong.  Don't argue about it, just do it.

But what if he, for example, is taking lots of fanfics and putting them in a single location for others to enjoy without having to search all over the internet? That'd be contributing something, wouldn't it?

How is that what TDC does? TDC has the Compendium, completely unique. It's got HA2--also unique. It's got Ask Ezlo, and the Caption game may not be unique, but it's something to do. KP made a shooting gallery game and is working on other games.

Gee maybe if you guys actually had faith and would actually visit a site I make. they wouldn't go down no?

Jdog, if the fate of your forum is riding on the members from here joining, then it's hopeless. Nobody's going to go to another forum with the same people to discuss the same thing. We've been over that.

So prove us wrong. Do it.
