No and no. If siblings marry it's incest, yes. If cousins marry it can be argued. But Zelda is based on the Dark Ages, when it was normal. If third cousins marry it's NOT incest. Centuries pass between each new duology of games. They will only be distantly related.

As for your second comment, that's far from true. He will have to lead Hyrule's armies in war, travel to other lands to make alliances/go to royal weddings or funerals, etc. It's if he married Malon he'd be stuck at one place.

i dont think you can realy base the zelda games on the dark ages. i mean , they hardly had bombchus or colthes that can make u breath underwarter - did they? it is a totlay fictional world with no link to our own timeline
