Perhaps I should clarify.  99% of the people who drive in Virginia Beach does not know how to drive.  I don't drive; I'm a pedestrian most of the time.  So how am I part of the problem?

Quite frankly, HNS, you are a loser. By the time I reach your age, I plan on already having my driver's license for four years and taking full advantage of it. Having a license would open up so many new possibilities in my life that I'd be an idiot to not get one.

Well, that's fine, then, especially if you live in a place where it's just as convenient to do that as to drive.

In Reno, though, public transportation really only sticks to the downtown area, and everything is too far away to walk or ride your bike to from where I live. Thus, driving is really the only way to get around.
