^ Pretty much that. It's really hard to categorize characters into classes in FFVII after removing all Materia.

Presidential candidate #1: You suck for this vague reason.
Presidential candidate #2: I don't, here's a vague reason why, and he's a vague rebuttal towards your policies.

Guess which one is which. What a terribly boring debate, even if it gave us the classic "Expensive things ruin families." line from the rich candidate with a loving Mormon family.

MagmarFire

Political debates in a nutshell. Nothing to see here. :P

But this one was just so bad. Like, My God...

Last night's VP debate was amazing and intense. They both did very well, but Biden was on fire and absolutely dominated that.'''

It was all of the good!

Mysterious F.

Guys, go on Google Images and search "completely wrong" please. It's amazing.

*does so*

*gets a bunch of images of the joke in question*

*laughs heartily anyway* :P

Really? I thought Paul Ryan did a lot better, personally. I thought he presented himself more professionally and he seemed much more prepared.
What, you expect me to say something witty?

Mysterious F.

You mean like how nearly everything he said was successfully shot down by Biden and, at one point, the debate moderator?

Twilight Wolf

Shot down when he was able to overcome his constant stuttering and "uh"s and "um"s. Ryan didn't have that issue. Presentation is everything.

I also thought Biden was rather condescending (calling him "my friend" rather than "Congressman") and disrespectful -- the laughing, the eye rolling, the cutting off. Then he kinda lost his cool toward the end. That's why I think Ryan did a better job.

Ryan didn't have that because he was talking a lot but saying absolutely nothing for one and a half hours. He just had to sit there and look pretty. Biden was actually making substantial statements about what the Obama administration would do if he was reelected. If presentation is everything in a debate, then what they say is what matters in the voting booth.

Besides, I'll keep it no secret that the whole "Biden was very rude to Ryan" argument is, in my eyes, nothing more than an attempt by Romney supporters to avoid admitting that Ryan lost. Did you see last weeks presidential debate? An absolute bore where two very tired-looking men gave vanilla, uninspired arguments. Romney won that, but only because he wasn't quite as absolutely awful as the clearly unenthused President Obama. Two nights ago, however, we actually got two men who had some life in them. I very much want my debates to turn out like that one did.

I am voting ZELDA for president and if you don't think a woman could lead this country then you are crazy. 8)
