Oh, believe me, I do plan to buy the DVDs. I actually (hopefully) get paid this Friday, so rest assured, that will likely be my first purchase. XD

HOLY CRAP MUFFINS, A 528-HIT COMBO, COMPLETE WITH A COMBO COUNTER AT THE BOTTOM-RIGHT-HAND CORNER OF THE SCREEN!? THIS SHOW IS INSTANTLY MORE AWESOME!

But really, I do like what I see so far. The moe, the sweetness, and...wow, the freaking music. One of the songs (I don't know the title, sadly; help me out here, Roy) is so ethereal, beautiful, and full of ambiance. It's like what you get when you combine a slower-tempo version of the Sacred Grove music with a "stereotypical" Japanese twist and stick it into a romance anime! Co :(me to think of it, it reminds me a lot of the music from Avatar: The Last Airbender during the Winter Solstice episodes, my favorite episodes in the show.

Does the show get even better past the first couple of episodes?

First, about the crap muffins, it happens in the game too, with every member of the cast helping with the combo.

Second, It may be "Town, Flow of Time, People" but I need a bit more information than just what it sounds like and that it's awesome. They're ALL awesome. *COUGHTHRPLACEWHEREWISHESCOMETRUEIICOUGHANDSHININGINTHESKYCOUGH*

And yes. It gets WAAAAAAY better, at about episode 12, it grows a beard more beardier than anything, and then grows it MORE in ~Afterstory~ which is TOTALLY Where the show is at. I mean, seriously. It's fricking amazing.

Edit: As I think it may also be "Everyday Leisure" which eventually becomes a song with high emotional attachment for anyone that's seen the show, like "Dango Daikazoku" or "Toki wo Kizamu Uta" or even "Distant Years." But to truly tell you what the song is tell me the episode and what part and and I'll get back to you.

And about the song, I believe it's actually the very first song that's even played--first episode, first few seconds. I know it gets played again later in, like, Episode 2 or something, unless that was a very similar-sounding song. Hey, it could've been Episode 1 again; I don't remember. XD

But it really did sound like the very first song that plays.
