Me: "Well, I found a funny thing on Stumble" (showed her Chuck Norris gif) "And I noticed that there was an original site that it was linked from. 4gifs sounded harmless enough, but I was horribly wrong."

My mom laughed so hard at the Chuck Norris gif that she sort of got over the whole thing. I guess she fully understood, and decided that I'd really have had no way of actually knowing that a site for gifs would actually be something entirely different. No grounding, no punishment, just a hell of an awkward moment. And I think that's punishment enough.

And if that question (Havoc) is directed at me, I'm pointing out that 4Gifs is in no way about gifs, and that I don't want anybody to go there while someone of authority is in the room. I felt that it was necessary to warn everyone.

You'd think there'd be a site filter on Stumble. That's basically what that site is; Google with a custom search filter. It wouldn't be that hard for the admins there to exclude that site from searches, right?
