It's over... :'(

I am euphoric... I don't care what people say, regardless of it's true genre, THIS IS THE BEST ANIME SERIES EVER!!!!

I am both overjoyed and...in sorrow. I'm pretty much bawling right now. :'( :'( :'(

MasterKey, where are you? I think I speak for both of us when we need to vent... :'(

Here I am! I was actually really depressed when it ended. Couldn't sleep that night.

CAN YOU BELIEVE AANG STOLE HIS FIREBENDING?! That was crazy! I mean, i think killing him woulda been bad, but... [i/stealing his bending? Talk about a fate worse than death!!!

And I am oh so sad that there are no Airbenders... I had so much hope for them to come back somehow...  :(

But hey, the finale won a victory for Kataang people everywhere. So you never know... In the years to come...

But I can wager a guess that Zutara fans weren't too happy. :P

I have a hunch they're going to do a follow-up, perhaps a chronicle on Zuko.

Axel

You mean kinda like we all thought the fairly odd parents was over? Yet they kept making it. I think they'll make at least 2 more seasons. Why would they just stop making a good show just like that?

MagmarFire

Because there are times when a story must end. Otherwise, it'd be all watered-down.

Plus, JDog, you have to remember that The Fairly OddParents follows no linear storyline; the episodes have random subplots. Avatar, on the other hand, does have a linear storyline. There was one goal in mind: defeating the Fire Lord before the comet came.

I heard a rumor about a spinoff of avatar, most likely telling the story of another avatar in a past life.

I'm not so sure if it's true or not, though.

I might recall our talking about it before, MK... Could be possible.

I'd love for them to chronicle another Airbender avatar. That way I could see more Airbending culture, because they'd all still be alive.

My only dissapointment with the final episode is that we didn't learn where Zuko's mother is or see him free her. Zuko asked his father where his mother is, so they should at least show her getting freed. Unless, of course, he meant something like "Where is my mother's grave", cause Nick wouldn't let them say that.

MagmarFire

Why not? If Nickelodeon can let them get away with kissing and, erm...skin...then I'm sure that they can get away with death.

the series is still continuing, the movie wasn't the end. it'd still always on  nicktoons network.

...that may be, but they aren't new episodes.

cacturnerules

no, i mean new episodes actually are coming out. i know for a fact  at least 3 are out. i haven't had a chance to watch them yet, but my brother and sister have.

MagmarFire

We're going to need proof of that, like an official announcement or something. I've heard nothing of three more episodes.
