Big enough to throw an adult sized Dodongo in, and it'd sink.

[Twilight Wolf]

Ahem... I think you missed this.

Hmm... toss a bomb into the sand pit.

[Zelda Veteran]

Indeed I did.
The bomb sinks under the sand. Moments later, an explosion is heard.
Silence.

[Keaton]

I plant a magic bean?

[Twilight Wolf]

Did they have those in OOT? I can't remember...

[Zelda Veteran]

Yes, the fat man on Zora River is eating them next to the gate.

Nothing happens... The seed is sucked into the sand, and disappears from sight.

[Keaton]

I jump in to the pit, casting Farore's Wind before doing so just in case.

[Twilight Wolf]

Ah, my bad. My memory of that game isn't the best.

[Zelda Veteran]

You sink into the sand, and all goes black.

Suddenly, you find yourself in a new room.
There is what seems to be a broken ladder on the other side of the room. Pieces of it lie scattered all over the place. There are two doors on the north side of the room. Neither of them are barred or locked in any way.

[Twilight Wolf]

Enter the door on the left.

[Zelda Veteran]

The door closes and bars seal it shut behind you. You feel weaker and weaker as all your magic power is drained. The bars lift from the door, and you exit the room.
