My cats live outside, but their food and beds are in the garage. Daniel comes into the house to visit sometimes, and he did so quite a lot last winter, probably because it was cold outside. Spookie goes insane if I bring her inside.

She's always been easily frightened, so yes. Her coat is made up of Halloween colors, as well, so that also contributed to it.
