Save the picture and upload it to a image hosting site, such as Photobucket.  Then go to your profile and click on Forum Profile Information.  There is an option called "I have my own pic."  Refer to the picture below.



Once you have chosen "I have my own pic," paste the URL in the line next to the option.  If you're using Photobucket, make sure you copy the URL in the Direct Link line.  Once the URL is inserted, save your profile.
