Misery, which is an adaptation to the Stephen King book with the same title.  It is actually a really good book/movie.  It is about a crazed fan who kidnaps a writer after he gets in a car crash and breaks a lot of bones.  While he is with her, she reads his latest book and discovers that her favorite character, Misery, dies, bringing an end to the entire Misery series.  She forces him to bring Misery back to life and... well, I don't want to spoil the whole thing (and I'm lazy) so I'll stop summarizing there.  It is actually a very good movie.  It's thrilling (for the lack of a better word) but it is also pretty damn funny, but not in a bad way.
