CRT is "Cathode Ray Tube;" It's like a traditional TV set with a glass screen.

LCD is "Liquid Crystal Display." Flat screens and very thin; like the newer TV sets that you see in commercials for Blu-Ray Disc players.

No. Me and my mom are pretty much the only ones who use it nowadays, and we know better. My little brother and sister haven't used it in like, months.
