I'd say Naruto counts, HNS.

I think it has to be both a combination of the art style and other technical details, along with being Japanese in origin, to be considered anime. That's why you can rightfully call a show like "Avatar" anime-styled, even if it's not true anime.

But, yeah, ninjas don't wear orange because it would be far too conspicuous in most situations; that's why it doesn't count.  Until they are called something else, Naruto doesn't count.

Yes, but they're not traditional ninjas that carry katanas and dress all in black. They're a different take on ninjas; they can dress pretty much however they like, and not many of them carry weapons aside from kunai knives and throwing stars.

In that other movie, he flys around Earth so fast that he winds back time.

I still don't get how that would make everything go back in time.  He's just pushing the planet backwards.

And even if it would, then wouldn't the bad guys get away because he did all that just to save Lois?
