House:  BECAUSE, if her pancreas explodes that means that it is photoscopic encephalitis and not something else, and photoscopic encephalitis and an exploded pancreas are much easier to treat than a mystery disease and an unexploded pancreas.

Foreman:  Or we could just treat for photoscopic encephalitis and see how the patient responds to treatment.

Cameron:  But if we treat for photoscopic encephalitis and it's Von Hippel–Lindau disease the patient could die.
