Giovanni's son has red hair, you find this from a scientist on Five Island. Your rival has red hair. Giovanni leads Team Rocket, your rival has a mortal grudge against team rocket. I found an in-game event that can be unlocked, allowing you to get a hold of Celebi and traveling through time, and bringing you to a time when your rival and Giovanni quarreled, revealing him to be his son. But then he has red hair. Arianna has red hair. And since she's basically the only high ranking female in Team Rocket in the events of HGSS, there is a possibility that yes, she could be his mother.

Hey, everyone!  I have a theory.  I believe the events of Star Wars actually happened!  The proof is all there.  George Lucas himself said he liked to look at the stars with his telescope when he was a kid.  Suppose one night he saw something?  We all know that light takes a long time to get from the stars to the earth, so who's to say that George Lucas didn't see the events of Star Wars unfold before his eyes when he looked through his telescope.  This proves that Star Wars actually happened and that I am a Jedi.
