If given a choice between being beat senseless and not beat senseless, I would rather take the route where I do not get beat senseless. In this case, being the 'narc'. If someone threatens you anywhere you have a right to ask help from others, it is probably the only way you can keep yourself free of injury.

Narc, as in slang for snitch. I suppose Im just wondering weather or not to give them the doller, or to keep my self respect and not do it.

It sounds to me like you value your dignity over your life. I'm not saying whether it's right or wrong, but in my personal opinion, people who call you a snitch for telling on people who are threatening your well-being are, to put it bluntly, fools. I question the character of those who chastise others who are protecting themselves.

On Monday, you should ask them why they need the dollar so badly and if it's really important enough to warrant a beating if they don't get it. It's only a dollar, after all.

I'd take a dollar along just to be safe, though.
