4 reasons TP comes after TWW+ PH

So far I've found a few things that suggest Twilight Princess comes after The Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass:

1.) The gravestones in Kakariko Village graveyard have TWW Hylian on them and seem rather ancient.

2.) The Water sage is murdered in TP.

3.) The inclusion of a Wind Waker reference wolf song.

4.) This is one most people miss; the hourglass designs on Zelda's cloak. Is it not possible that Tetra, (SPOILER) who's really Zelda (SPOILER), passed down the story of Link's and her adventure in PH? I might be overlooking this fact, but the designs are there on the back of the cloak Zelda wears in TP. I would link to a video, but there aren't really any out there that have good enough quality to see the designs, but I promise they're there. You can see it in the official art though:

Just pointing out a couple things.

1)  The Hylian script could have been developed any time.  Just because it looks ancient in one game and fresh in another doesn't necessarily put the former behind the latter chronologically.  People don't adopt a language and alphabet, use it a few times, and then drop it.

2)  The Water Sage (if Queen Rutela is indeed the Water Sage) being murdered doesn't really prove anything other than she was murdered.  The Water Sage didn't even play a prominent role in TWW; if I recall correctly, Ruto only made a cameo appearance as a picture on a stained glass window in Hyrule Castle.  How the murder of the Water Sage even proves that TWW is before TP is beyond me.

My opinion should probably mean nothing if you're not a Splitter, but if you are, my theory is that TP's place in the timeline is parallel to that of TWW, meaning that to one time, the other might as well not exist or just be a separate universe.

Both games take place 100 years after OoT. Following Child Link returning on the child timeline and warning the royal family about Ganondorf, Ganondorf's execution is ordered and he sent to the arbiter's grounds. His execution is botched and he is sealed away in the twilight realm, triggering the events of Twilight Princess.

Meanwhile on the Adult timeline, Ganondorf breaks free from the sacred realm and because there is no Link to stop him (he's been sent back to his childhood) the goddesses flood hyrule with no other option. The Great Sea forms and the events of The Windwaker take place at the same point on a different timeline.

Phew that was long winded.
