I like Din's because you get to be Red Link.  Red is my favorite color.

Yes, it boosts both, so if you are looking at how useful it is then Farore would be the best for everyone no matter what.

Din's: red tunic and double power.
Nayru's: ...I can't remember what tunic and double defense.
Farore's: spiffy purple tunic and double power and defense.
