If you want to join the Darknut clan, send either me or JQ a PM asking for a set of questions. If your answers match our theme, you can join.

If you want to join someone else's, though, send them a message and the same thing will happen. There should be a list of whoever is in charge of each clan in the Announcements board.

Also, you can choose whichever clan you like, Chuckinator. There's no restriction to how many members a clan has.
