Lol, no, not that PH, pH (notice the "p" is lowercase) is the measurement of water's acidity.  These rams like acidic water.

I don't feel like getting a saltwater tank though.

This is the worlds smallest fish. ;)

Edit:  Pygmy Gobies are 2.1 cm max.  They are also the shortest lived vertebrate.
