I have a fairly huge announcement, OR, Screw You, Army.

I will be leaving, soon.  I will be leaving for a very long time.  I will let you know when my last day is, but I'm unsure as to when my last day will be.

The reason I am leaving is because it has been requested of me to reenlist.  However, through some interesting bureaucratic crap, I will be in the Army.  I will be a noncombatant officer.

This means that I will be gone for at least four years.  This also means that I will be making a lot of money.

I want to let you know that I love all of you very much, you guys are like my family.

When the time does come for me to be step down, I request that Twilight Wolf take my spot on the mod squad.

Again, I love you all, and will miss you greatly.

Aww, I can't believe you're leaving... it won't be the same without you, man. Having you gone is like removing part of the heart of TDC; there'll be a big gap there that will be hard to fill, if not impossible. I'll miss reading your posts and seeing what insight or witty comments you give, and I'll miss having someone who puts up with my occasional rambing about games and the like, but most of all, I'll miss you because you're you. We all will.
