Wow... I've never had to diet, so I can't relate to you. I loves me some food, so I can't imagine it. I guess I was just born with a golden metabolism. Best of luck to you, and a word of advise: If you're running on your tredmill, you'd do good to have a TV in the room in front of you. If you're watching TV, it could distract you from your work out, and you'll have run a few more miles than planned without realizing it. It actually works, no bull!

Well done!
I hope it goes well! I'lll be mentally cheering you on ^^

I see your tv plan, and I'll raise you one wireless PS3 controller.

This plan is...

I Wish you good luck, I may actually start excersizing more because it's summer.

May we both work out working out.

I'm planning on a diet over the summer too. All this hacking stuff has got me in a chair a lot more, and often snacking on something  ;)

being a wimmen, I can give you some dieting advice. I've been meaning to get on one (I'm not overweight, but I've gained 20 pounds since school started, and I'm self-conscious about that) and it's not too hard to make a few healthier changes in your dieting that will show.

For example, peppers and other spicy things (like curry) will heat up your metabolism and burn more calories than savoury or sweet foods. Wheat bread is better for you than white bread. Chef Boyardee and Ramen noodles have no fat (or flavour) if it comes down to that.

Don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed, and sleep well- if your immune system and body are well rested, you will burn more calories.

If you don't cook, I'd reccomend cooking- it's better tasting AND healthier than fast food/take out in most cases.

Listen to her.  She is correct.

That part about spicy food makes me wonder why a large part of the mexican population is fat...
But just like ZV, I have a metabolism that burns a lot of calories whenever it is cold. But no matter how thin I stay, it doesn't make up for my lack of muscle.
And GF, eat some protein in the hours following your training sessions, this will not only help the muscular pain normal to workout, but it also improves the growth of muscular tissue.

I've been drinking a lot of water to keep full without eating as much.

Thanks for the support everyone.  It means a lot to me.

because tacos/burritos/etc. are just greaseeee.

I live in a small mexican-influenced (... and vietnamese) town, and though the mexican food places are delicious, I could deepfry eggrolls in the leftover grease.

I like the way you think!

I wish you the best of luck in your endeavor, Gamefreak. I think you'll do well!
What, you expect me to say something witty?

Yeah dude, I've been lifting weights so I can get super-broad shoulders like Tacheon.

Cool update that I realized the other day.

My current belts have run out of holes to fasten the belt with, so I'm being forced to buy new, smaller belts.
