EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED!!!

What do you do when a friend tells you they want to die, but whenever you try to talk to them about it, they just say that you wont understand because you have never experianced it nor will you ever.
I keep telling her that if she will just tell me, then I might be able to help her.
I'm really scared right now. after i told her that, she just logged off and didn't answer anything i sent to her.
I'm afraid to call her house because her dad is pissed off at her and me calling would just make it worse.
She has been showing signs of someone considering suicide lately and I don't know what to do....
I'm going to tell someone first thing tomorrow morning, but I don't know what to do tonight....

Try calling the police or someone else you can trust. There's strength in numbers, after all.

Don't stalk her, but don't leave her alone for long periods of time, talk to your/her closest friends and take shifts to "watch" her.
I can't think of anything else now.

Maybe if you got to talk to her again tell her you may not be able to understand but you're there for her.

I really want to call her, but I honestly think it might trigger something if I do.  Her dad is a jerk. I know he used to hit her and stuff like that, now he pretty much just verbally abuses her as far as i know. I don't want him to explode on her right now because of me calling...
What if she kills herself and I didn't do anything... that is one of my biggest fears. omg...

Can you go over to her house, by any chance?

I can't drive well, and I'm not close enough to walk.  going over would be just as bad, if not worse
I don't know her address so I don't think it would help calling the police.
