I just hope they allow Melee-style engine exploitation again, like wavedashing and falling invulnerability.  In Brawl the ways that the pros got the advantage were less about skill and more about spamming :\

To be honest, Sonic, Ike, and Wolf are really quite manageable in comparison to MK and Snake.

Until it comes to their final smashes. My friend hates it when I lift him off the screen on Wolf/Falco's tank, or get a direct hit with Ike, and start screaming across the screen with Sonic.

SSB is the only fighting series that I feel players can't be cheap while playing. I've never faced someone I couldn't beat because they were "spamming" a move. If someone repeatedly uses a move, find the opening in it, and exploit the heck out of it. Spammers are notoriously dumb, and they'll probably keep trying (and failing).

It doesn't hurt that Brawl punishes spammers by making moves weaker if you use the same one several times in a row; that's a useful feature to keep.

And character creation in a SSB game?  You're not talking about Miis, are you?

Not that I know of. Everything else that comes to mind is an upcoming port for another system.

But then again, I didn't see Microsoft's E3 because I thought they were going to start on the 7th, which was when the Web site said that E3 was going to start. Very misleading... >_>
