Regarding the New Wii Zelda Game...

I bet too many of you got extremely excited when you read the title...  ;)

Anyways, a New Zelda was announced and pictures were shown.

BUT WE'RE NOT ALLOWED TO SEE ANY OF IT!!!  >:(

I'll copy and paste my responses from the e3 topic:

Ah yes.  A picture of Link is Nintendo's big reveal.

No offense, but I don't think there's a gamer who didn't know Nintendo was working on a new Zelda.  To get 2 new Mario games for Wii, and a new Metroid game, the only thing that shows that Nintendo is doing what everybody knew they were is a picture, is still a dissapointment.

In regards to the Legend of Zelda drawing, I would've prefered that they did not show the drawing.

Like I said, I don't think there's a gamer who didn't know Nintendo was working on a new Zelda for the Wii.  It was my thought that the game probably had some serious development time behind it given the amount of time that's passed since Twilight Princess.  But to have the only thing representing anything resembling the next Zelda game be a picture, I feel a bit cheated.  Especially since they've managed to make plenty more Mario games and a couple Metroid games since Twilight Princess came out.

In this case, ignorance was bliss.
