I was surprised to find that with the right launch options, I could run Gmod 9 well enough to make stuff - so I decided to make this little scene of Dr. Kleiner and his beloved pet headcrab. (Yes, I know everything looks horrendous, but let's see you try to run anything on my laptop at anything higher than DX8!)

Now, I made these forever ago, but with the forums being down and all, I'm only just now getting a chance to post them.

First, a higher-quality version of the original photo. I was able to get a better-quality shot thanks to DX9 mode, which I discovered runs no slower than DX8, interestingly enough.

Nice.  There's an impulse code that lets you take away the HUD + gun, you should find out what that is and use it.  That'd be even better :D

Actually, I like how in the last one he looks like he's going to shot the person's butt.

Actually, my crosshairs are aimed just below Dr. Vance's arm, so a shot fired would hit the wall and not a person. You can't harm friendly NPCs anyways, though, so it's a moot point. [/know-it-all Nazi]

Unfortunately, I don't have any new work to show off for two reasons: One, a lack of ideas, and two, a new OS (Windows 7), meaning my copies of "Half-Life 2" and "Gmod 9" are gone from my hard drive. While I could redownload them both, it's not like I could even play "Half-Life 2" on my laptop anyways (yes, that's how much it sucks), so my main incentive to redownload is nonexistent. However, I love messing around with this stuff, so I'll probably redownload them both as soon as I get another good idea.

Yeah, I saw the crosshairs.  But the gun itself looks like it's aiming for the bum.

Methinks I'll have poor aim if anyone ever gave me a handgun.
