Well, a magical steam-powered wheelchair.  A regular one would probably become too hot to be practical.

The only way they resemble each other is their hair.

We could also argue that Ezlo is really Tetra, but I highly doubt that. Although I won't completely discount the theory.

To be honest, Spirit Tracks looks pretty good. The appearance of the characters no longer surprises me anymore. Shock was stolen by Telma.

Turns out that the creepy train lady is in fact a creepy train lady and is guardian of the Spirit Temple.

Creepy dude with the hat is Chancellor Cole, one of the main antagonists.
