I need help.

This is actually about Phantom Hourglass; I beat the game and all that, but I started a new file, and got pretty far in it- I just beat the Goron city temple thing, and I went to the Temple of the Ocean King to go through the grueling process of winding through it.

However, this happened. (er, I drop an f-bomb at the end as a warning)

Basically, on B2 level, there is a significant lack of key. Which I need to open the locked door. Which I need to get to go through the rest of the dungeon.

Is there any way to fix this? ): or will I just have to suck it up and start all over?

If I remember correctly, you have to use the boomerang to hit those two crystal switches to drop the key.  Go back to the area with the stationary Phantom, stand at the bottom of the left pillar, and you should be able to use the boomerang to activate both switches without being seen by the Phantom.
