I already told you that Wild Arms is a rare game.  It was overshadowed by Final Fantasy VII.  Your best bet of finding Wild Arms is online, but I still can't gurantee that.

One, Sabata, leave Jdog alone.  It seems that you have been targeting him, and he has made it known that most of what you say insults him.  If you can't say anything nice to him, then don't say anything at all.

Two, Jdog, shale is a type of rock.  You mean "shall," another way of saying "will."
