What about a pinball machine? Technically, those came way before video games. And besides, if someone owned the original Pong arcade machine they'd beat you, Sephiroth.

Shh! It's my topic, and arcade machines can be considered consoles if I want them to be!   Besides, your Pong "console" isn't really much more than an arcade machine, considering it can only play one game. So, if you consider that a console, then an arcade machine could very well be a console, too. If not, then you don't have the oldest one after all.

Technically, my oldest console is the GBA SP.  I don't actually own the N64 and NES in my house (which technically isn't mine either).

The oldest game was called Tennis for Two, which was only avalable to NASA to train military pilots for hand eye coordination. Sadly, I dont think anyone legally owns one.
