Neither. I just fail to see how a show as inherently girly as My Little Pony could possibly appeal to the male spectrum like Havoc suggests. Being MLP in itself is an insurmountable obstacle if they're actually trying to appeal to both sides; as such, I don't believe this is the case, nor can I imagine just how that's supposed to work.

I have the perfect plan!  I'll write a book called "This Is Mindless Crap:  The Adventures of Martin Stuart Deus" (under a pseudonym, of course).  Prepubescent girls will love it because it'll be that mindless vampire/werewolf/Muggle love triange crap they love, and tropers will love it for the metajokes.  I'll make a crapton of money I don't deserve off of it, and I can use that money to pay off all of my debts!  Then I'll write my real books under my real name so I can actually contribute something to the world of literature.
