There's a lot of music, of course, and you can buy/download TV shows and movies.  But you are probably better off re-gifting the iTunes card or changing the 1 to a 4 and selling it to someone really gullible.

Well then, what TV shows do they have? Anime? Or just TV shows?

I just checked the iTunes store and they have season 1 of Clannad...  That's pretty much the only anime I even know exists.  If you want me to look for any other shows, I can do that.
