I don't know, Wii sounds a lot less dynamic than the Revolution.  Revolution sounded like it was going to change everything.

Sorry, I don't personally like Wii, that's not what I meant to put across. I think it's a little ridiculous, irregular, and irritating. I would have liked to see something more traditional and that actually makes sense.

In a normal conversation with your friend, which would you rather say:

a) You: hey are you going to be getting the Revolution?
Friend:  Yeah, that name sounds like it's going to be a good system.
You: yeah, I know.  It would be dumb if they changed it though.

b) You: Hey are you going to be getting the Wii?
Friend: I don't know.  The name really turns me off of buying it.
You:  Yeah.  I can't believe they changed the name.

I'd go with B, and I'd rather not stick around with friends who'd not buy a console because of the name. C'mon, we know what it can do. It can download old games, and the controllers are revolutionary. Everything's that's changed is the name. The console is the same.

Besides, what about 360, or PS3? Those names aren't even creative. Wii is the most genious name a console has ever had.
