scariest mask?

The Happy Mask Salesman in OoT says that Mask of Truth is scary, but I don't think so. Now the Gibdo mask in MM, that is quite another story!

Why not? He's got an awesome job! And I assume he has magical masks of his own too (maybe Link even gave him his).

Anyway, I think I find Don Gero's mask the scariest one. It looks like a frog sitting on your head and taking over your body (since it looks like it prevents you from seeing and talking yourself.) I always feel the mask is possessing Link rather than the other way around.

I don't like the Couple's mask. It looks like the Gibdo's mask without eyes. *shivers*. Man, almost everytime I approached the Gibdo's thinking I was safe, it turned out I was wearing the Couple's mask. Quite silly, but they look just way too much alike.

And finally: Kafei's mask. Just tell me, what kinda mother has a mask of her child's face? It's a bit disturbing.

Let's see, a mother who wants to find her son has a mask of her son's face.  You should never underestimate the love a mother has for her child(ren).

Don't you think a photograph or small painting would be more efficient and less creepy? If you were looking for someone, what would you do?:
A. Show people a photo.
B. Wear a mask which resembles the face of the one you're looking for and then ask people if they've seen "you".

Termina doesn't seem to be quite at the point of decent photography.  Besides, this a magical land.  Why go for the photo when wearing a magical mask is so much cooler?

I agree with what Aero said (A while ago) the Kamaro mask looks weird. It looks as if Link's face is gone.
