Potion Shop Locations
Spread throughout Hyrule are seven spry Old Women prepared to sell Link tasty Blue or Red Potions. To buy such potions however, you need to prove to them that you're "cool", and to do so requires getting a Letter (of recommendation?) from the Old Man. List below is how to get the letter, as well as where to find each potion shop. Also, please note that the grid coordinates on this page refers to this world map.
Blue Potions are one time use only and always cost 40 Rupees. Whereas, Red Potions are good for two uses and cost 68 Rupees. Potions always refill all your hearts.
You can get the Letter just be entering this cave at O1. Inside the Old Man will happily part with the Letter and offer the advice to "show this to the Old Woman."
