Scaling the mountain, you notice something is out of place. A boulder is wedged in the mountain side. Perhaps with enough force, it would crumble...

It was a breezy day, which surely meant an untimely fate for those who were wandering along Winged Path for the first time. A lone figure made its way up the path, holding one arm up to shield his eyes from the winds. "Farore... Damnit. Why today, of all days?" He muttered, nearly tripping over an abnormally strong, yet surprisingly quick gale. Dogura was never known to use a Goddess's name in vain, but more recently, he hasn't cared. He began to ponder if it was to blame for his bad luck streak climbing up the mountain. He rubbed his head, where a small boulder had smashed into his head earlier. As if jealous, his left knee began to ache, from the Goron that had rolled over him, just after he had been struck by the crumbling cliff. The vagabond gritted his teeth, and leaned against the cliff, removing a tattered map from his pack. It should be on Winged Path... If the stalchild had pointed him in the wrong direction, the samurai was completely prepared tol trek all the way back just to remove the little beast from existance.

Suddenly, a small voice whispered in his conscience. Dogura closed his eyes, and stood up, looking up at the sky, and then down at the vast desert beneath him. "I know Father... I know. So they don't know everything about why we're gathering these stones... What they don't know won't hurt them right?" Staring down at the blistering sands, Dogura began to worry about Pyralin in such a storm. Turning around, he noticed three rito children looking at something on the cliff face. "Hey! You children, go home! These winds are dangerous, how did you get down here?!" The children payed no mind to Dogura, and instead, they began poking their tiny fingers into the mountain. Naturally, interested he headed over to the children, and inspected the wall they were crowding around. "Go away mister! This is my adventure! You can't have it!" The smallest of them back against the wall, wings outspread as if to defend the wall.

Ah! There's the reason they're so preocupied with the wall. It had a large boulder packed into it! taking a closer look, the boulder looked almost as if it would crumble upon impact! Knowing immediately that it was sure to be the location of the next Magic stone, Dogura knelt down to the childen's level, and smiled. "How about we play a game for it?" The Rito's eyes widened. Children loved games, and Dogura knew it. "We're going to play a game called Rock, paper, scissors." The Rito that stood in the middle walked right up to the samurai. "I never lose a game of Rock Paper Scissors!" Suddenly, another violent wind blew, and knocked the Rito flat on his face. "Owowowowowow!" It cried bouncing up and down, holding its beak. The other rito stepped up, and sat down, crossing her legs. "Alright then. I never lose either. Watch and learn!" She held out his hand, and smiled confidently.

"Alright then, lets play! If you win, you take this adventure, and I go home." The rito nodded, and shook her fist in a 'hurry lets play' kind of way. "However... If I win, I take the advenutre, you go home, and tell your parents that you've been playing on Winged Path." A bead of sweat rolled down her feathered head, and she swallowed. She looked into the vagabond's eyes, possibly looking for any trace of trickery. What she didn't know, is that Dogura was a pro at masking his emotions, even if he had to fake a different emotion. "Alright, lets go!" she finally spoke up, preparing her tiny fist. In unison, they both called out, "Rock... Paper... Scissors!" She threw out her hand, opening her hand into a paper motion, which was countered with Dogura's scissors. She snarled, and held her fist out again. Reading her mind ahead of time, the samurai held his large fist out to hers. "Rock... Paper... Scissors!" The vagabond's rock smashed her scissors. The children gasped, the tall one still holding his beak, yet watching intently.

"Last one!" Dogura said in a teasing voice. "I'm not going to lose this adventure!" She cried out, already pumping her fist in the air. "Rock, Paper, Scissors!" The match ended, with a pair of scissors cutting swiftly through the child's paper. "Awwww no!!" She screamed, stomping about. "Do-over!" one of them shouted, as she retreated back into her group. Dogura chuckled at his own cleverness, and pointed to New Peaktop. "Now, you remember our deal." They hung their heads, and continued back home, miraculously avoiding any winds that had blown over the mountain. Staring back at the boulder, Dogura opened his bomb bag, and removed a shiny blue bomb. These things cost a fourtune... They had better be worth it.

The samurai thought spitefully. Removing a bit of flamable powder, he snapped it between his middle finger, and his thumb, the friction creating enough heat to combust the powder, and light fuse. Carefully placing the bomb in front of the suspicious wall, Dogura backed a safe distance away from the bomb. In a stunning display of fire and debris, the bomb exploded, blowing the boulder to smitherenes. After the smoke cleared, a small cave in the wall was visible, torches lining the wall, deeper into the undiscovered cavern. Taking a step inside, it was much colder than it was outside. Thankful for shelter against the savage winds, the vagabond wandered deeper into the tunnle...

OOC: Yeah, this is going to be double posts galore, so bear with me :|

The tunnel was moist and dark. The only light was that of the sun, which emanated from the entrance. There were a few torches around the area, which the samurai didn't hesitate to light. Removing a bit of Darkin's special powder, he lit the torches just as he had earlier lit the bomb. With a snap of his fingers, the first torch was lit, providing view to another previously unnoticed torch. Lighting the remaining two torches, the tunnel was now fully visible. Just as you would expect a cave to look, there were jagged rocks around the rim of the tunnel, which led up to rocky walls. To the samurai's surprise, there were paintings on the wall!

This left the samurai in awe. His jaw dropped, as he rummaged through his pack. Removing a pen, and a pad of paper, Dogura did his best to jot down the cave painting. What could it be? It almost looks like... Rito one one side, and Goron on the other... What could this all mean? This is beyond anything I've seen! Finally, remembering the task at hand, he put away his pen and paper, and smiled. "I'll be back for you soon." He whispered to the painting, and turned to find what he had been distracted from beforehand. There was an old rusted out door, which sort of hung on the hinges. It looked as if someone had busted right through it.

The samurai maneuvered around some boulders, and crept through the door. This room was almost exactly like the last, except for one factor: it was big. The ceiling hung high over head, possibly 30 feet up. The walls of the cave expanded far and wide. Nothing in the room, except for a few Goron stalfos, which were slain. Their bones were scattered across the next door way, their spears still rightly gripped in their bony hands. A Goron skull was unmistakable. It was larger than any other skull, except for maybe a Dodongo. What in the name of... stalfos normally recover within three hours of being slain. These... these are fresh. Dogura's heart began pounding. Am I already too late? I must make haste! Opening the door, the samurai's jaw dropped. Bones everywhere. There must have been a stalfos slaughter! Just how many people have been through here? It must have been an army! the ranger thought looking around the room. One more thing caught the man's eye: a cave painting. Yet another ancient painting was plastered on the wall. Dogura marveled at the relic, and pulled out his pen and paper to jot down what he saw.

Now this one was a bit incomprehensible. It could have been a number of things, however, the only thing that Dogura could think of, is back when the Gorons were treated poorly. While the Rito race denies all accusations, it is said that the Gorons were kicked off of the mountain, and into flats. While Dogura had little knowledge on that subject, he had helped free the Gorons from a slave trade when he first settled in Hyrule. He remembered the event like it was yesterday... Blank had been there with him to save the Gorons, and a statue had been erected in their honor... however, later, the city had it torn down for unknown reasons. Tearing his eyes from the painting, he once again put his supplies away, and continued on, desperately hoping for another spectacular portrayal of ancient times. Upon coming to the end of the room, something unexpected sat before the samurai's eyes. A boulder blocked the entrance to the next room. This made Dogura think.

If I bomb the boulder, it could likely cause a cave in... I could try to move it, but by the size of it, I doubt it would budge... Suddenly, as if a goddess had answered his problem for him, the boulder began to move on its own! It wobbled, and rolled about a foot forward. Then, Dogura's nightmare began to unfold. It opened up, and stood tall. Probably the largest Goron Dogura had seen since his friend Norog, stood above him, smiling down at him. It was more of a malicious grin than anything. Its face was covered in paint, and a large chain was wrapped around his body. At the moment, the samurai wasn't so sure if it were a Goddess that had answered his query... or a demon.
