"I guess then I made the mistake of trusting my brother," muttered Keychain with a small laugh. Her body was still shaking, but she didn't seem to mind it anymore. She didn't want to mention how she has tried to change herself but the shaking of her muscles that she couldn't control got in the way.

Her mellow melancholy eyes stared up at Arrika. Her hand was outstretched to Keychain. Her mind tore at what she should do. Should she work under the watch of Arrika? She tried to come up with how it would be like if she did, but knowing nothing about the girl, she couldn't figure out anything.

Even with nothing to support her choice-wrong or right- Keychain got to her feet and stood proudly. She reached out and shook Arrika's hand once. The agreement was sealed with just that.

After she passed out from exhaustion into Arrika's form.

To Arrika's sharp eyes Key seemed to be falling in slow motion, so Arrika reacted at once and caught her before she could hit the ground.

"No!" She hissed softly. "Did I- but it didn't feel like I- no!"

She took a deep breath and regained her composure; losing control of a situation did nothing to help it. She laid Key on the ground gently, her thoughts racing.

Arrika stared at the hand before her, still hungry, frightened, and confused.

"Well?" He said, his green eyes glinting oddly, "I've told you what I can do for you. Will you follow me or not?"

Her dark eyes met his, and still locked in his gaze, she shook his hand timidly. A shock of energy coursed through her arm, numbing it painfully, and she buckled over, gasping, but no matter how she tried to pull away it was as if she was glued to him.

A moment later he dropped her hand, and she sank to the ground, holding her hand and breathing hard. "What did you- what did you do to me-" Her energy spent, she felt herself fall before passing out into the void.

She remembered it so clearly now, as if it had happened yesterday... but this wasn't the same, it couldn't have been, she hadn't felt that shock run through her body that signified the linking of their lives. Then why had Key collapsed? Maybe she was just tired from whatever she had run away from, that had to be it... or so the thief hoped.

Keychain's senses turned off once she felt her body drifting off into the world of dreams. The foggy world that held what she dearly dreamed about. The tired, worn out state was melting away as she subconsciously buried herself in Arrika.

She knew that the hands that grabbed her were not familiar. They weren't the rough, firm, but gentle hands of her brother, the soft, urging hands of her friend, or the rough, large hands of her father, but they were there. Just like how they were there for her.

Keychain wasn't all too sure about the fact that she could change. That she could become stronger, to be able to rid of her small stutter, to be bolder, but just like Luis always said to her, if you don't succeed from trying, then you aren't doing it right.

The ashy haired small girl found it funny how her brother was the only one who didn't want her change. It was like he was proud of her even if she was weak and small. If he saw what she just done, how would he have reacted? And, why did he not want her to change when she was a humiliation to him and herself?

OoC: So, end of topic or shall we go to when she awakens?

She sighed and pushed her cropped hair out of her eyes, then straightened up, brushing the dust from her cargo pants.

"Find me when you're ready," she said quietly before leaving, even though Key was unconcious. If the girl really wanted to follow Arrika, and if what had just happened was what Arrika feared it was, then Key would meet her again in no time, whether it was of her own free will or not.

The thief passed her hand over the edges of the hidden doorway, camoflauging it once more. Once Key awakened and left, she would never find this place again, no matter how hard she looked. The hidden lounge that Kobas had converted to suit his own needs was very similar to Sovelis's mansion, in that the room was neither here nor there.

Arrika wasn't sure where she should go next; Key had been the only real purpose of her entire day, and now that the event was over for now she was at a lack of what to do. In the end she settled for Hyrule Field, hoping to find some rest outside of the bustling city.
